There is no such thing as a free meal. I would be very wary. If anybody could offer 20% interest, when most reputable institutions are offering between 1% & 3%, the risk must be very high. In the end it is your decision, I would advise extreme caution. I know people whom have lost money in such schemes, which are usually Ponzi / Pyramid Schemes.
