    I have rented cars in California twice with only my Philippine driver's license. No problem either time.

    Problem solved. I've been living in 3rd world countries for too long. You can renew a license online these days in the US. Thanks to my mom for filling me in on that and to my little sis for letting me borrow a Texas address. :wink:

    Would be awesome if the LTO could figure this one out! Can only dream....maybe in another 50 years they will have something similar.
