    Watching CNN I have heard them mention foreign aid. Hopefully if the world helps again they wise up a bit and don't use the Philippines government/people as a middleman to have the goods handed out.

    I'm glad ots not heading our way pat,this thing is predicted to dump around 36 inches of rain in certain areas.
