Sad to report that a Canadian named Brian from the Toronto area passed away from a heart attack. I only knew him from the gym and coffee at Sans Rival mall and do not know his last name. I was told the following: He started having chest pains early this week and went to Silliman Hospital where he was told he had a heart attack. He was subsequently transferred by ambulance to Cebu Chong Hua Hospital. Apparently before they could perform a procedure to check the extent of the blockage he had a fatal heart attack. If anyone has more or his last name please update. Rest in peace Brian.
