I usually go to Vicky Santiago by Rose Pharmacy next to Evermall, But this time I used Vintage Optical 2nd Floor Evermall as they had the frames I wanted but Both are Good, the Stocks and pricing is pretty Similar Same day Turnaround if not a difficult Job, I was only 3 days on special order.

 

Light bulbs come in several color temperatures - from the yellowish soft white to daylight. Sounds like your eyes prefer one over the others but the selection here limits your choices.
