    I don't think going to lectures is admitting you need help.....it just shows that they are actively trying to improve themselves and their performance. I don't think this should be taken in a negative way, looked down on or used to criticize them. :thumbsup:

    The sugar coated silver tongued clever interrogator will usually get better results. (Usually is not equal Always).

    Threads and intimidation only gets negative results as the receiver will say anything to please.

    Off course personality and character of the receiver has a lot to do with it.

    Depends on which police dept. You are talking about? Now I have been in devao, where there is an awesome police dept. But unfortunately I live in dumaguete city!! Lets just say, any help is needed!!
