For one the NCLEX is only good for two years. So get that K1 paperwork done. Its easy you dont need a lawyer. My wife and I filled out all of the required documents our selves without a glitch. If you call first wade through all the press 1-9 till you reach an immigration officer they will tell you exactly what you need to do. Hope you live for at least 3 years after she arrives so she can obtain her US citizenship and Dual citizenship after that. Took us about a total of 4 years to accomplish the entire process. Then you will have given her all the tools to have a good life in the US or Philippines.

I wouldn't worry too much, if she is a true Filipino, your lady Wife will have plenty to do, Mine works Full time but is still up at 5.30 doing what she has always done, The helper is indeed a helper. Some days I wish I could actually get her to slow down and talk to me.
