There was a house for rent past Forest Camp, asking p6,000/mo, had a bed frame, other than that unfurnished. 2 bedroom, CR. We will be renting a 1 bedroom apartment less than 1 minute walk from downtown Valencia, semi furnished with bed, wardrobe, kitchen table/chairs. p8,500/mo
Wife wanted to move to save money, I didn't want to unless compensated by greater than p10,000/mo savings and a good location.
