CnL Bayview is the name, Rooftop dining above the 7th floor. Agree with the warm beer comment, it's a pinoy hotel serving pinoy food. There are a couple dishes (beef and broccoli) that I like. My family likes it. Worth a visit for the view alone... Also not expensive...
