I suspect there will be a lot more of this...or maybe all those former drug dealers will suddenly go get legitimate jobs and go clean. Oh, a guy can't get a decent job if they are over 30 and has dark skin in the Philippines because employers are allowed to discriminate based on age and skin tone you say? Well, I guess most of them won't be able to turn away from crime to survive even if they wanted to. Petty theft, hold ups and even more serious crimes like kidnapping for ransom are still options for them now. Out of the shanty town corners pushing drugs to 1% of the population that made a conscious decision to put a chemical in their body and into your neighborhoods they go.
