    Emergency numbers are posted at various locations around Sibulan, such as the ferry terminal. Ambulance cell numbers belong to the drivers, and drivers are 2 daily and change from time to time. The police post has current numbers. I have

    the fire station, nearby the ambulance parking spot, is 419 5001

    Perhaps not but if I were injured/sick/about to die and I had the choice of going mach 1 to the hospital without first aid or taking a trike at 10kph to the hospital without first aid I know which one I would opt for. Remember where you are and what the options are. If you don't like the way emergency services work in the Philippines it might be best to move as close as possible to a hospital or....move to a country that has a clue what they are doing when it comes to training first responders.
