    For some obscure reason it was a Board Directive and from what I gather was something that Transco were involved with, I don't think there will be any more of these things:thumbsup:
    BTW, it was only supposed to be the NEA bit that went out as Dumaguete is a Host City for evacuees

    Not sure at all .Neither does the wife, maybe it was a GM instruction. Damned if they do and Damned if they Don't But then we know there will be adverse comments whatever
