I would be surprised, quite frankly, if there are any local sperm banks. You will probably have to go to Cebu or Manila for this. There are numerous fertility treatment facilities in Cebu and Manila, you might make inquiries if they have sperm banking.

 

I had a snip snip at Silliman about 5 years ago. Was done by urologist at Siliman. This same Dr did a hernia operation on my son, had since birth and also removed my FIL's kidney. We obviously were pleased with his services. Don't recall his name but it was OK. About 5,000 pesos as I recall. Sperm freezing, don't know except for what Pato has already volunteered.

 

I did have it done 30 years ago 2 of my brothers did the same never had any problems (done in Denmark) we all 3 did after we had enough kids and save our wife's the agony with the pill
