About two years ago a turtle came to live in the sanctuary waters at the cliffs of Nagbo Alao on the way to Basay. It was pretty exciting because none had for a long, long time.

Last week the turtle was found dead, floating at the foot of the cliffs with a rope tied around one of its legs.

If anyone knows who senselessly killed this turtle please let me know. We have reported it to proper authorities and a reward is offered if you give them the name of who it was.
