Some background before the question.
My partner and I (Both British) have the opportunity to visit family in Bangkok in January for a few days, we have only just received our 1st two month extension, we have both applied for the ACR card and understand this could take some time to be approved.
We have the little strip of paper from the BI stapled in our passports to prove we have applied for the ACR.

My question is, will we be ok to leave Phil and return without going through the whole process of the 59 days visa cycle saga again.
Thank you all in advance for your thoughts.

Nope. You'll have to start over after you return. The icard is the only exception, that should be good for a year.
