    I don't have one, wife and myself do everything including a large garden with some animals.

    People aren’t getting paid “for not working.” The 4Ps are for the indigents who put their kids to school. If they don’t have kids, or they do and don’t put them in school, then they don’t get to be beneficiaries of the program.
