"Simple" is a matter of perspective, I guess. If I ever get what is now on the tree to a bean ready to grind and brew, you will be welcome to taste the first cup! Based on observation of you, I may or may not taste the second!

There's a coffee farm kinda thing that sells beans near Dauin, up the mountain.

I drive it with a larger bike, some go up there with scooters. The last 500meters of the road is unpaved and pretty much non-existent. Rocky going uphill. So be warned. Worth the trip though
