I have been using Airlink for over a year and am very happy with it. I have a 30M package, and my speedtests show I usually get that or a little better, ranges between about 27M to 35M. Has never been effected by heavy rain.

The cost of the antenna installation and modem were paid up front, don't remember what it was but I thought it was reasonable. Monthly cost is 3590 peso. That might seem like a lot, but where I am located there is no other option.

30Mbit? What are you doing?
Typical SD streaming only requires 3Mbit.
Full HD 1080p only 5Mbit.

I expect very few are using 4K. I only stream Full HD 1080p on my 4K monitor.
I assume that you are not running a website because the upload speeds you seek are much less than the download speeds.
I assume you are not a gamer because you did not ask about latency.
I have seen speeds from 10Mbit to 80Mbit with acceptable latency for video and phone calls. The first ping can be incredibly slow although this does not hurt anything.
Here is a link discussing latency:

What are you doing? 30Mbit is a lot of porn.-

I get pretty reliable 30M from my Airlink service, also very reliable and only ever goes down when there is a brownout.
