2. Her congressional representative (district she is from)
3. The Governor of Negros
4. The Provincial Board Member where she is from

These politicians have a medical aid program for their constituents, and she can claim to a max of P3000 from each. Sometimes more depending on how big her medical bill is. It’s not much but it’s something. They shoulder a lot of the prescription meds as well.
