    We are not in the "west" . Over paying/ over tipping messes up the local economy. Tipping 1/3 of what someone makes in a day is out of line. It's just reality.

    I remember if you travel from Dumaguete going south, there's a 5Km sign on the left side of the road going South. That is the exact spot where the vet's clinic is located. Just look out for the 5 km. sign on the left side if you come from Dumaguete and the right side of the road if you're from Bacong or the southern area.

    Cats N Dogs Veterinary Clinic - 230 San Jose Ext, Dumaguete

    I went there 2 weeks ago for my cat and was very pleased with the surgery. Nice staff and good price.

    Compared with prices in the west veterinarians in the Philippines is very cheap
