There is a shop in Evermall under the stairs on the ground floor. Enter past the guard then do the loop to your left as if you are exiting and you will find him on the left hand side under the stairs.

 

I think Lee Plaza. Second floor. To your right, there’s a watch place. Been a while since I went so they might have moved. Won’t hurt to check. Failing that, Robinson’s Department Store.
