    Here are the rules and passes for people who live outside the city:

    Tuesdays, 1-6 p.m.
    Thursdays and Sundays, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

    At the checkpoint, you will exchange your local pass and DL for one of these.

    I am volunteering to take my talents to the governor’s “opening up Negros Oriental council” should he form this council and invites me on the team. My recommendations would be a smart ramp up balancing health, getting the economy back, and letting us out of lock up.
    I have many recommendations as I’m sure all of you do. Firstly, prohibition would end!
    The other recommendations are minor.

    Here is a link regarding the National General Community Quarantine ordered by Pres. Duterte yesterday(?). It would be nice to see if Gov. Degamo goes along with it (or if it matters whether or not he does) since Duterte specifically named Negros Oriental as one of the provinces falling under this order. Doe Duterte's order supercede Degamo's? Or that of the Dumaguete mayor? Not sure how it works here. Not sure if anyone in authority will ever tell us one way or another.
