The LGU only counts RT-PCR test results in the official tally. In any case, don't trust the accuracy of antigen/rapid tests. My aunt tested negative on antigen and still ended up in the hospital with covid.

 

Sorry to hear about your aunt and hope she has a full and speedy recovery.
Some of her expenses may be paid by the government. My cousin had most of her expenses from SUMC covered by philhealth. It's worth looking into.
