Is this PLDT home WiFi, so a Cellular modem with SIM? Pre or post paid?
You say point to point so that implies two fixed dedicated antennas focused on each other. Some third parties offer this and they then connect the users to their Fibre on the other end.

Or if it's using cellular it is single point normally paddle antenna pointing to base station tower? And if it is this is the modem at the top of the pole or is it in the house with Coax cable to the antenna?
