I miss those Philippine massages too. Oddly, massages have become much more affordable in the States in recent years, perhaps due in part to having the third world move here. I pay a Chinese lady here that does a wonderful job and clearly knows what she's doing, $60.00 for an hour, full body...plus a 20 buck tip.
I'm not convinced this is the solution to what ails you though. I think we all need to exercise daily. Lift, walk, and stretch, at a minimum.
It is just mandatory.
