    Wife, mother-in-law, niece at mall in long line now to get vax. Hoping for Pfizer. Had to get there name on a list yesterday. Will update result.

    I remember my line of thinking at the time, it was pretty much "better something than nothing", as at the time there was no indication whatsoever that something better than Sinovac would come available locally within a reasonable timeframe.
    I do have my hopes pinned on a Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna booster shot before the end of this year, which seems a reasonable expectation.
