    If there is such an ordinance it was never enforced before Covid lockdowns. All live music at the Honeycomb and Hayahay always ended at midnight. Even now, live music at the Honeycomb is from 8pm until 11 pm ( just recently changed from 7pm until 10pm).

    Overdue policy change, but better late than never.
