You can enter and you can exit with expired ACR Card. Just make sure you are carrying such card (expired or not) Renew the card as soon as you can and do not worry about a fine, Basically does not exist. If you do not renew the expired card, it may reflect on your adherence record at BOI. So........just pop into BOI and they will sort yah out and direct you.
