    Yes John it has been known on various occasions But I suspect it ( this visit) may well be something to do with a current event involving a Brit They do not usually send a Pro Consul to these things and it is only for a couple of hours Which to my mind means he is already around the City Just my opinion of course but...................

    ****** British Consul, Neill James, is in Dumaguete on this Monday 16 January, and will hold a Consular Clinic at the Bethel between 5pm and 7pm for any Brits here. No appointments necessary, just turn up. Light snacks and refreshments available.******
