When last visa run to Singapore I had a very expensive but ungodly delicious Malted Milkshake in the airport at Shake Shack.... my eyes still rollback when I think of it.... is there ANYWHERE in Dumaguete that I can get something close to this... with milk and ice cream .... any thoughts please ?

btw .. one of my few longings back in the world was drive thru at Steak N Shake where you could get a Vanilla Milkshake with squirts of hot fudge...
