    Just to be clear, Chong Hua has two centers located in the cities of Cebu and Mandaue. Its definitely the one in central Cebu that you want?

    Budget place or nice place? I like the Crown Regency when I stay near the downtown one. Its nice but a few thousand a night.

    We stayed at the Pillows Hotel. Short walking distance to the hospital. I think we paid about 2 K + at the time.
