In Bacong just south of where the fish tables used to be is a little hole in the wall called Compass. It a small restobar in a small plaza set back from the road. It is opposite the new gas station (can't remember the name). The chef is usually in around dinner time (5:00 pm) or so.
They also have fettuccini Alfredo and Bolognese which are very good. The chef used to work at a high end restaurant in Canada.
Everything on the menu is pretty good.
