Can anyone recommend a company they use for A/C routine maintenance, We used to use RTC but looking for something better.

 

We use some guys who used to work for DuEkSam but do the same (cleaning and repair) for their own account now. They're polite, speak English and do good work.
I think it's part of the "informal economy", but if you're interested I can ask the asawa for their phone number.
