Hi Lee, very sad that this is happening in lots places in this modern world. Children in some parts of Africa would be over the moon to get any food from any where. All we can do is give to charity, and when visiting take gifts for the local people, that way we make sure, it gets to the people that matter. I know daring to suggest pinoys take personal responsibility for their lives gets alot of people worked up and charges of racism get tossed around. However, at some point, these people need to think before they decide to have another child.
