    You have all been and are always very helpful on this forum. I have tried for weeks to make an online appointment. It seems impossible to get an available date. I can see the reasoning due to covid 19 and understaffing. I'm sure the people at the embassy have their hands full these days with many currently needing their help. I wish them the best and I will patiently continue to try.

    Read the above post, they will be here in Duma on Mar 20 and among other things will handle your Affidavit of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage....
