Has anyone went inside the banks and asked for their exchange rate for their ATM!s ? On the same day of course.
If so, Who has the best exchange rate through their ATM? Am not asking about the usage fee..

unless i am mistaken..it is not the bank supplying the Atm that decides the exchange rate..it is your bank in your country

Agree with you, Princeton. When I use my BOA card to withdraw cash, I am accessing my BOA account and obtaining money from my BOA account at the BOA exchange rate. However, whatever bank's ATM I am using here charges 200php as their usage/dispensation fee.

You've got that right, and the most You can take out in one transaction is 10,000 Pesos there in Duma.... Correct Me if I'm wrong, but from what I've been told, there's only one bank in the Philippines where You can take out 20,000 Pesos in one transaction and I believe it's Hong Kong bank located in either Cebu or Manila.....Cheers

There are ATM´s of other banks also, which will allow you to take out 20.000 peso or even more. I have withdrawn 20.000 peso from an ATM belonging to PSBank in Butuan, Mindanao. And Citybank also have ATM´s with a higher withdrawal limit than 10.000 peso. But in Dumaguete...no. But at least its up to 10.000 now from the 4.000-5.000, which was the situation before.

As was said in previous post HSBC anywhere is php 20,000 and also I can draw 20.000 anywhere in Dumaguete. Robinsons bank also does not charge any fees for withdrawal of any amounts from their atm's with any HSBC card and also a few others I have heard about.
