Hi Syd I am in Bacolod moving to Duma in about 2 or 3 weeks, Cant say i enjoyed it here in Bacolod for the last 3 years, 2 me its a depressing place, I have found Duma a bit more lively ??? will find out for my self once i move there.

I found an excellent Italian restaurant in Bacolod. Possible to buy house red by the glass, and excellent salads, soups and pastas. Amazing
