Hmm. The general orientation of the island, as it sails toward Manila, is NNW, or 300 degrees by my estimate. As to any given stretch of highway, more power to you if you keep track.
My apologies got the two names mixed up. Break time is easier to find. Its on the left side of the highway leaving Sibulan on the highway heading north, (actually East really). Look for the National flags on the left hand side.
