BDO seem to have a lot of technical issues with their digital banking since the problem with customers being scammed out of cash from their accounts. They have doubled down on security, but at the same time made it more difficult to access accounts and carry out transactions because of lack of sophisticated systems.

 

works for me in USA but I cannot use firefox, I have to use Edge. For some reason other browsers are blocking BDO.
