Not just BDO I guess. All banks & most govt. offices require face shields on top of the mask you wear. Face shields are sold at 20 pesos only at that new general merchandise along Perdices St. beside 143.
Yes, I keep my cheap face-shield in my messenger-bag now, as some places like banks and Immigration require it, somewhat randomly. Once inside, ya gotta flip it up to be able to read the forms you're trying to fill-out, and nobody cares about that..... pointless "security theatre", like taking your shoes off at some airports......
