    $1 USD = 22k+ VDN
    Couldn't Vietnam knock off a few zeros to make it a bit easier? I thought Cambodia was bad with the exchange rate but at least I could use US "Dolla" to buy things (most everything there was a flat "wan dolla", "figh dolla" or "tin dolla"). What went wrong in Vietnam?

    When I was there a few years ago, you could not exchange the Vietnamese money back to another currency. I wonder if that has changed?

    Maybe not in Vietnam but I'm pretty sure I saw their currency for exchange in Dubai.
