Does anybody have the contact number of the British Warden. There is an expat ( Richard ) in Silliman Medical Centre that needs his assistance urgently.

What is a 'British Warden'? Might be helpful to know in the future.

Well My Friend, that is the Embassy Warden For the UK, The US also have a Warden, they are the Link Locally between a Citizen and the Embassy in Emergencies, Most Embassies have a Local Warden, I am surprised you didn't know this

Oh No My Friend a Consul is an Embassy Official or designated Law office that can provide consular services. The Us have one in Cebu ( at the Waterfront Hotel I believe) The UK has no such place anymore. a Warden is an Unpaid Agent ( so to speak) of an Embassy, That acts as a Go between with Citizens of Countries and Consular services at the Embassy Hope this helps you to Understand

Time wasted because of some petty forum BS.
