On fil news channel this morning they announce a brown out 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in many areas around Dumaguete, cheers:
brown out here in city center at 8am but only some parts of duma, all of Bayawan n Basay. Mackers new shop closed their new generator sh*t its self lol
Yup, there was a brownout for part of the morning in Duma. They must have bought a "well made" Chinese generator and couldn't read the part of the instructions that say "must add oil prior to starting.":D
