When we switched over from Dumaguete to the dauin transformer in September 2011 our voltage was far better but due to all the expansion and new buildings over the last few years we are now back to low voltage again.
Sometimes during peak times it will go as low as 180v which sucks for things like fridges and aircons.
Noreco really do need to invest some of the large cash pot they have on some new transformer stations.

Do you have your own transformer or are you tapped off of one that another 10 folks are using? We have our own transformer and have never seen below 235V, though I am not constantly checking things but would notice a drop to 180V.

If you ever look at a majority of secondary services they are spliced multiple times, very long distances and tons of folks tapped here and there. I have not gotten an invite to tour a substation yet, but am willing to bet the majority of issues people have are on the secondary side.

Obviously Tanjay is not Dumaguete so I do not know how things are routed, would love to see some drawings though for informational purposes.

That would be cool Jack...not looking to judge how the guys are doing things, but would love to see readings just from a curiosity point; no other reason.
