This brownout is the ngcp and not noreco. It states they are connecting a new bigger transformer to stop the low power situation. Does this mean the low power situation around the amlan area or the whole area? These things are never written very clearly.
In addition this move is supposed to cater for all low voltage Area, Seaton as well which Service I believe.
You can sure tell when there is a brownout in Dumaguete. Posting on this forum drops to near zero. But it sure makes the Internet faster for those of us who are prepared with a backup battery or generator system.
We have to pity those who are near Junob elementary school as the brownout notices say they get another 8 hours of it tomorrow.
