Is there still a car rental place near the airport? I have 4 people coming in with luggage to the airport - they need transportation.
Do you mean the Dumaguete Taxi service? If do, I believe it is still Operating but you will need to book with them prior to your Friends arrival, they don't have that may cars.

My understanding is that Ken's, on the highway across from the a/p, rents cars. Never done it myself.
