Dr. Eduardo Lee, Jr. in Cebu is the Best cardiologist I've ever known. Outstanding bedside manner too. Dr. Lee got my Blood Pressure to Normal during 2 visits. See him at 3:30, after his other patients have finished their appointments. Dr. Lee says, because of traffic he's in his office to 6:00 p.m. I park across the street at S&R when I went to Dr. Lee's office at Cebu University Hospital. Previously saw Dr. Brian Catawagon for 3 years in Dumaguete... all talk without any action whatsoever. And surprisingly, some men rave about him. I was denied a dental implant surgery when Dr. Charles Sia, a dentist and medical doctor said, "I can't go ahead with your dental implant surgery as your blood pressure is too high." You must see a cardiologist!" "I have a cardiologist (Dr. Brian C.) in Dumaguete and my BP is normal," I said. "No, you've got to see a cardiologist in Cebu City, Not in Dumaguete," Dr. Sia said. He referred me to Dr. Eduardo Lee, Jr. WOW! No more high blood pressure issues! A NIGHT & DAY Difference!
