We are looking for a permanent full time live on the premises caretaker in Valencia. Duties and salary negotiable. This would be a good position for an elderly man/couple, or even a younger person/couple with no kids or few kids. Call or text 0928-312-2177

Perhaps I should be a little more specific.

We are currently developing a piece of property for an Australian. We have a newly constructed nipa hut on the premises, (not a shack) which in a short period of time will have water and electricity.

We need someone to live there for security purposes while the development of the property continues, and thereafter. The ideal person has knowledge of plants and animals, and can work at least 20 hours per week on the property and landscaping. Pay will be P2000-P4000 per month, depending on how much the individual works. When a construction crew is present, the caretaker will get one free meal per day.

Once the land owner moves onto the premises, it will be up to him and the caretaker to work out their own agreement, but I am sure he will want someone there most of the time as he travels out of the country quite a bit.
