Event City Parking

I found one of these when I returned to my vehicle in town this morning. I don't know whether to be annoyed, or pleased that someone, someone, is on patrol...
(sorry, all you 'off-topic' people; this isn't really an "Event" except perhaps in my own small life...)

 

The fine here are cheaper than parking fee in Europe, much cheaper

Yes, I agree. Much cheaper than Australasia, too. But I have heard there's one price if a westerner goes in to pay and another for a local person.

 

Just loitering in the area with a stick up it's @ss huh?

 

Paid the fine at City Hall, 50 pisos.

 

So did you go in or did you send the wife to avoid the extra tax?

 

Well, Brian, "the wife" is the same colour as me so it wouldn't have made a lot of difference, I'm thinking.
