    That check point is very often active. I am sure many will let the back rider off before approaching the checkpoint, then wait for the backrider to walk past the checkpoint and reboard a bit down the road. That's the fallacy of only using checkpoints for enforcement. Easily avoided or defeated.

    Nope. Not going to happen in the Motorcycle Capital :smile:

    Been to Bacong and back today and people riding past checkpoints 2up, no problem.

    Yes, but they were stopping everyone. No tickets just stopping.

    Today there were no issues with back rider since Degamo asked them to reconsider the regulation.

    No back riders does not make any sense here. Here the motorcycle is like the family car. Many families only have one which they use to ferry their family members around. They use it within their bubble.

    It is not like they pick up strangers on the street who are outside of their bubble.
